Virtual Sales Limited pleased to announce the appointment of a new Project Manager to its expanding team of talented telemarketers.
With immediate Alexia Pedersen has been promoted to perform the crucial role of managing a rapidly growing, number of telemarketing campaigns. Alexia will work alongside Kate Hawgood who has been performing this role for 3 years now.
Not only do our clients get a dedicated and experienced caller with the right background to ensure success the client is managed by the Project Manager.
On a typical campaign a Project Manager will work with the client once they have agreed to work with Virtual Sales Limited and ensure that we allocate a caller with the right skills and experience to ensure that the campaign gets off to a good start and we build a long term relationship. They then organise a kick off meeting with all key stakeholders to discuss and agree objectives for the campaign, the setting up of reporting methodology and email address so that the caller can send and receive emails on behalf of the client. Once the campaign gets underway then the Project Manager liaises with the client on a regular basis and also is responsible for sending detailed reports after each day’s calling so that the client can see their sales pipeline growing and warm and passed leads for that day.
Also they manage the caller so our clients do not have to – this ensures that the caller stays focussed on the job in hand and developing leads and appointments for our clients.
